F2012 Tamesis Weekend

Tamesis Elizabeth Cup 2012

12 boats gathered at Tamesis for the Elizabeth Cup on the 22^nd April.

A South Westerly wind gave some challenging conditions on the river.

Firefly Junior Cup 21^st April

Tamesis Club hosted the third running of the Firefly Junior Cup. Eight teams entered despite the forecast and were treated to a sunny and gusty 3 race series. A total of 12, six years old and under competitors some with 2 up in boat took to race one. Carolyne Vines set a simple windward leeward course of 3 laps. Robbie Hudson took a clear lead and held off Finian Morris to the end.
