Following on from the fantastic Tenby National Championships where 43 firefly crews re-found their delight mojos and raced (when the wind gods allowed…) and partied as hard as ever, the Firefly Committee with local Clubs have organised for your delight some excellent venues and events for late Summer and Autumn racing. Open Meetings at Chipstead, Papercourt, West Oxford and Spinnaker. Also the Inland Championships at South Staffs SC, guaranteed to be a large turnout. If you are new to the Firefly class, come along and see why we are the friendliest class around! Also included are the Fly 23 Nationals dates to be held at Felixstowe Ferry SC (12 – 18th August), where legendary races and party events inevitably occur! It is also a great venue for younger class members offering camping and little need for car use. Get it in the diary of life now!
