Clubs

Visitors should leave the A27 Chichester Bypass at the junction with the A286 which is signposted Bracklesham and the Witterings. At the mini roundabout at Birdham (4.6 miles) take the B2179 signposted West Wittering. The turning to Itchenor is a right-hand turning about half a mile further on the right. Itchenor village is at the end of this road (1.2 Miles) with the private Club Lane leading to the Sailing Club on the right side immediately opposite The Ship public house.

Access and car parking: Cars should be parked in the Public Car Park off the approach road to Northshore Shipyard together with trailers. It is regretted that cars are NOT permitted to use Club Lane (private property over which we have non-vehicular access only). Sailing dinghies can be wheeled down Club Lane but only by hand. Our gate to the staging has a combination lock, please come up to the office to receive the code.

After unloading, road trailers must not be left on the stage or in the private road opposite the Ship Inn. Road trailers may be parked in the trailer park on the public hard or in the car park beside Northshore. Road trailers may not be brought onto the Club Stage.
