Twisted Tube Team Racing and Spinnaker Open: 5/6th November

A two day, two event end of season cracker! Spinnaker SC hold a two boat team event on the Saturday, based on every boat teaming up with one of the other entrants for one race each. Most wins by any boat in all the matches wins! Great event to take part in, fun, great team racing experience and not over serious!

On the Sunday, Spinnaker host their annual Firefly Open Meeting, so normal fleet racing. It’s the last Vines status qualifying event of the season, so expect travellers to be making a last bid for the series win. A number of schools and University Firefly squads are based at the Club or nearby so we hope to see a sizeable youth and student turnout.

Blashford lake where Spinnaker SC is based is in the New Forest, just north of the A31. A quick spring down the M3 and nice and close to a lot of other Firefly sailors down South.
